At Five By Flynn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't the perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
